Who we are
Lore is operated by Caroline Rooman, company number BE0839.796.306, based in Knokke, Belgium.
What this is
Lore is a private brand assistant. It reads the channels the account holder chooses to connect and turns them into a daily read on who is paying attention. Today it runs for one person, by hand.
What we store about the account holder
Your email address, the accounts you connect (LinkedIn, Instagram), the access tokens those platforms hand us so we can read your own analytics, post-level numbers like reach, saves and views, and anything you type into Lore. Nothing is sold, shared, published or used to train a model.
People who are not you
Two features record other people. When someone views your LinkedIn profile, we record their name. When someone comments on your posts, we record their name and what they wrote. That is it — we do not build a profile of them, we do not enrich them from other sources, and we do not follow them anywhere else. These records are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. They are visible only to the account holder, never sold, never shared, never published, and never used to train anything. If you appear in one of these records and want it gone sooner, email hello@carolinerooman.io and it is removed within seven days.
Instagram and LinkedIn data
When you connect Instagram or LinkedIn, we only read data about your own account: your username, your posts, and the insights those platforms already show you. We never post on your behalf without you pressing the button, and we never read anyone else's private data.
Who can see it
The account holder. Access is locked to that login. The infrastructure is hosted on Lovable Cloud in Ireland (EU, eu-west-1), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who processes this for us
Lovable Cloud hosts the database, the app and the files. The AI gateway providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI, reached through Lovable's AI gateway) generate drafts and the spoken briefing; text sent to them is not used to train their models. Littlebird sends captured context into Lore when the account holder switches it on. LinkedIn and Instagram supply the account holder's own analytics. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Account data, for as long as the account exists. Profile views and comment records, 30 days. Disconnect a channel and its token is deleted immediately. Delete the account and everything goes with it.
Getting it deleted
Email hello@carolinerooman.io from the address you signed up with, or follow the steps on the data deletion page. Deletion is done within 7 days and confirmed by email. The same address works if you are not the account holder and want your name removed.
