Delete your data
Your data is yours. Here is how to take it back.
Step 1
Disconnect a channel
In Lore, open Settings → Channels and disconnect Instagram or LinkedIn. The access token and cached analytics for that channel are deleted right away.
Step 2
Remove access from Instagram's side
In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites → Active, and remove Lore. We lose access the moment you do.
Step 3
Delete everything
Email hello@carolinerooman.io from the address you signed up with and write "delete my data". Your account, connected channels, analytics and chat history are removed within 7 days. You get one confirmation email and that's it.
